Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At this time, international shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Boots & Honey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we are happy to help assist with tracking or filing a claim if an issue arises.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Boots & Honey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
